Your Role in Our Mission:
The Lead: Performance Management & Organizational Development is a strategic HR leader focused on building a high performing, agile, and future ready workforce. This role ensures our performance management systems, including OKRs, talent assessments, and succession planning, are effectively driving individual excellence and organizational alignment. Through deep collaboration with business leaders and data driven insights, this role transforms how we grow talent, build leadership pipelines, and drive long term strategic success.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Performance Management & OKR Leadership:

• Design and implement an integrated performance management framework that blends appraisals with OKR based evaluations.
• Facilitate OKR creation across departments to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Build coaching mechanisms and feedback loops to proactively support performance improvement.
• Track OKR progress and performance trends using HR analytics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Organizational Development & Capability Building:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and competency mapping to identify development needs.
• Design and lead interventions such as leadership development, change management, and cross functional learning programs.
• Partner with L&D teams to curate targeted trainings and mentoring pathways for key roles.

Succession Planning & Career Pathing:

• Build a robust succession planning strategy to ensure 80 percent of critical roles have prepared successors within 12 months.
• Collaborate with managers to define career paths and readiness benchmarks.
• Embed performance and potential indicators into growth plans for internal mobility.

Employee Lifecycle Interventions:

• Elevate onboarding by embedding cultural orientation and early career check ins.
• Design structured performance reviews and feedback rituals to support development.
• Use exit insights to inform culture, retention, and engagement strategies.

Strategic HR Business Partnership:

• Advise senior leaders on performance trends and workforce strategy.
• Drive HR analytics adoption to inform talent decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry best practices to evolve OD interventions continuously.

What You Bring:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in performance management, OD, or HR leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of OKRs, talent assessments, and career development systems.
• Proven ability to implement succession planning frameworks in fast paced environments.
• Expertise in HR analytics and using data to drive people decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business Administration, or a related field.
