ECCL is an IoT Startup in Bangladesh. We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled IoT and Automation Presales Engineer ( Interns / Fresh Grads) to support our sales team in promoting innovative Automation and IoT solutions to prospective clients. This role bridges the gap between customer needs and technical execution by providing expert guidance during the sales process, designing solutions, and delivering compelling demonstrations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop IoT and automation solutions that address their business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, both virtually and on-site.
  • Create solution architectures, proposals, BOMs, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct technical feasibility analysis and identify integration points with existing client systems (LPWAN, NBIoT, SCADA, PLCs, ERP, etc.).
  • Proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and pilot projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and the competitive landscape in IoT, industrial automation, and edge/cloud computing.
  • Assist during the sales process.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights and pain points.
  • Assist with preparing RFP/RFQ responses and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • knowledge on IoT, industrial automation.
  • Understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT), LoRaWAN, NBIoT, SCADA systems, PLCs, and IoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sensor technologies, networking, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity in OT/IoT environments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and trade shows.

  • Most Important requirement: Willing to learn and a CAN DO attitude.

Experience: No Experience needed. Fresh Grads/ Interns Welcome.

Job Duration: Interns will be accommodated for 6 months. Which can be converted to a permanent role after 6 months, depending on the performance.
