Job Description / Responsibility
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding.
- Maintain & Keep Employee Personal Files Updated.
- Preparing Monthly Employee Database and Various HR Reports.
- Update employee information in HR software & HR database.
- Take care female uniform, service rule etc.
- Update and maintain Employee Service Book.
- Monitor Childcare Center facility.
- Any other task assigned by the Department manager.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation or Post graduation in HRM or any other discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
Additional Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good at MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.
- English Language proficiency.
- Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.
