Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Uttara for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving overall business growth. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, creating and implementing development strategies, negotiating with clients, and meeting sales targets. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals and ensure the delivery of excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong analytical and Research skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills for securing partnerships and deals
  • Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving skills to drive projects and manage client expectations
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant business development tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development or a sales-oriented role is preferable
  • Knowledge of the local market and trends is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes
