Role Description

This is a full-time role for a operations manager located on-site in Uttara. The operations manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, generating leads, strategizing and implementing digital marketing plans, and analyzing web analytics data. The role involves executing digital marketing strategies to achieve client business goals and ensuring the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns.

Salary Range 30𝐤-4𝟓𝐤 𝐁𝐃𝐓 per month depending on skillset

Mandatory Rules Before Joining

• Candidates must work at least 1-2 months as a trainee before working as a full-time employee

• Minimum 6 months of agreement of employment need to be signed by the candidate

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing skills
• Marketing skills to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Experience with Web Analytics to track and measure campaign performance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
