Role Overview:

We're seeking a strategic, creative Marketing and Outreach Manager to drive brand visibility and lead generation. You'll lead campaign development, content creation, and partnership building to boost student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Create compelling content across digital and print platforms
  • Utilize modern tools, CRMs, and AI to optimize outreach
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities
  • Analyse campaign data to improve performance
  • Plan and manage offline events like education fairs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing with proven lead-generation success
  • Strong content creation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Knowledge of international education and student recruitment
