About the Role

This is a full-time, high-impact role that begins with the BAYLA Future Summit — Bangladesh's premier event for breakthrough ideas, innovation, and future-proof strategies — and continues as a permanent position within BAYLA focusing on branding, marketing, and project management.

The selected candidate will play a key role in:

• Managing partnerships, sponsors, and event deliverables during the summit.

• Coordinating with creative, media, and production teams.

• Overseeing BAYLA's ongoing branding, social media presence, and communication strategies post-event.

• Leading BAYLA's future campaigns and national-level projects focused on youth leadership, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

During the BAYLA Future Summit:

• Coordinate event branding, sponsor communications, and on-ground execution.

• Manage creative, PR, and vendor communication.

• Handle content flow, email correspondence, and presentation preparation.

After the Event:

• Lead branding and marketing campaigns for BAYLA programs and initiatives.

• Manage project planning, reporting, and communication for ongoing BAYLA activities.

• Maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and impactful visual identity.

• Assist in planning future BAYLA events, summits, and outreach projects.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or Event Management.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply).

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Bangla.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about youth leadership, innovation, and national development.
