We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our POS software clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support with strong soft skills including empathy, sympathy, ownership, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Deliver accurate and clear product details to customers, ensuring they fully understand features and benefits of the POS software.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to help clients evaluate and adopt the software effectively.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to guide customers in using the system confidently and efficiently.
  • Manage payment collection and customer feedback in a professional, respectful, and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring trust, reliability, and consistent support.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and behavior to improve service quality.
  • Actively engage in digital marketing initiatives to promote the software, attract new clients, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, follow through until resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all tasks, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.
