Actively construct an inquiry in line with the company process

Actively contribute to improving Client Experience with ideas a feedback

Execute daily tasks as directed by the supervisor departments

Qualifications

Excellent in English (both written is spoken)

Effective communication across chat, email, and other platforms

Open to diverse ideas and perspectives

Excellent verbal, listening, and writing skills

Calm and effective under pressure

Tech-savvy, in a directive to dynamic team environment, Google Sheets, etc.

Education & Extra Advantages

Graduates from any discipline are welcome

IELTS score of 6 or above is a plus

Previous experience in customer support the prioritize
