Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Dhaka. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities. Activities include building strong customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves market research, reporting on sales trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Account Management
  • Strong ability in Market Research, Strategy Implementation, and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in FMCG or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
