About Us

Global Pathway Experts Limited (GPEL) is a leading education consultancy and training provider, connecting students with global opportunities through world-class counselling, test preparation, and international partnerships. We are seeking a creative and visionary Art Director to lead our design and visual communication strategy across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead the creative direction for GPEL's branding, campaigns, and visual identity.

-Oversee the design and production of marketing materials (digital, print, video, and event branding).

-Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and PR teams to create impactful campaigns.

-Guide and manage designers, video editors, and creative freelancers.

-Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for:

-Social media campaigns (B2C & B2B).

-Expos, seminars, and event branding.

-GPEL Online Courses, Study Centre, and Global Pathway Center sub-brands.

-Corporate presentations, brochures, and advertising.

-Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

-Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to the Head of Marketing.

-Use marketing/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday) for workflow and reporting.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.

-5+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or design leadership.

-
Experience in a marketing agency or media agency will be an added bonus.

-Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and multi-channel creative work.

-Mastery of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

-Knowledge of motion graphics, video content, and digital advertising design.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide a creative team.

-Proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset.

Proficiency in marketing/project management apps for project tracking and reporting.
