Workplace: Work in office

Weekend: 1 day (Friday)

Extra Holiday: Monthly 2 Saturday

Key Job Responsibilities
:

  • Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and services.
  • Provide necessary support to the customer with information according to their query.
  • Follow up clients, assure their day-to-day transactions and input data in Excel sheets.
  • Report supervisor with daily work summary.
  • Forward query or technical issues to relevant departments for troubleshooting.
  • Convert hot client prospects into paid clients.

Skills & Behaviours
:

  • Basic knowledge regarding Facebook Business Manager and ad account.
  • Basic knowledge on digital marketing.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (word, excel).
  • Mindset to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and through text.
  • Good at teamwork.
