Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead Transfotech Bangladesh's marketing operations and strategy. This is not a typical marketing role it's a
founding leadership position
that will shape how Transfotech becomes a global brand.

The ideal candidate is a
strategic thinker
,
hands-on executor
, and
data-driven leader
who can connect creativity with measurable business outcomes. You'll design our marketing roadmap, lead our local and global teams, and continuously optimize every funnel based on real data and impact. You'll work closely with cross-functional leaders
Academic Lead, AVP of Sales, and Product Team
to ensure marketing aligns with course design, learner outcomes, and growth goals.

Your leadership will directly influence how thousands of students perceive and experience Transfotech.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute a
    comprehensive marketing strategy
    aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Translate the company's mission into a compelling
    brand narrative
    that resonates with learners and partners globally.
  • Lead and mentor the
    global marketing team
    , promoting accountability, creativity, and performance excellence.
  • Regularly present marketing insights, progress, and projections to the
    CEO and top management
    , translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Revise and refine marketing strategies
    quarterly or as needed
    , using performance data and market insights to guide decision-making.

2. Data-Backed Decision Making

  • Establish and maintain a
    data-driven marketing framework
    to track and evaluate campaign performance across all channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, BI tools, etc.) to measure ROI, conversion, and retention.
  • Implement
    A/B testing
    , audience segmentation, and funnel analysis to continuously improve acquisition and engagement.
  • Create actionable insights from learner data, market trends, and competitor analysis to optimize spend and outcomes.

3. Content & Brand Excellence

  • Maintain the
    highest standard of content quality
    , storytelling, and visual branding across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the
    Academic and Production teams
    to ensure educational videos, course campaigns, and storytelling reflect the brand's voice and promise.
  • Oversee the
    video production process
    end-to-end, ensuring every piece aligns with the Transfotech brand identity and communicates value clearly.
  • Ensure all content is consistent, data-informed, and optimized for impact — across web, social, and partner channels.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the
    Academic Lead, AVP of Sales, and Product Team
    to align marketing strategies with course development, pricing, and student experience.
  • Translate market insights and learner feedback into product and course recommendations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure marketing consistency and cultural relevance across regions.
  • Support business development, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance brand reach and reputation.

5. Innovation & Execution

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools — introducing modern frameworks that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive experimentation and learning across campaigns; implement data-backed innovations to improve funnel performance.
  • Maintain a
    startup mindset
    — move fast, iterate faster, and always optimize based on outcomes.
  • Lead key launches and high-impact initiatives with precision, speed, and creativity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 5+ years of experience
    in marketing, with
    at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role
    .
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional and global marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in
    data-driven marketing
    , growth analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
  • Deep understanding of brand management, storytelling, and content quality control.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    video marketing
    and overseeing multimedia content production.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong sense of design, creativity, and taste for meaningful content.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a
    startup environment
    , balancing vision and execution.
