Serve as Q Collection's global technology backbone - ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant infrastructure that powers operations across Asia, Africa, and Europe. This role owns cloud environments, network architecture, device lifecycle, service desk, and digital security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure across all locations: servers, network, cloud, endpoints
  • Lead 24/7 world class IT operations and on-ground support across global units
  • Own cybersecurity posture - vulnerability mgmt., endpoint protection, SOC-as-a-service
  • Oversee helpdesk, endpoint management, and technical support services
  • Govern IT procurement, MDM, patch cycles, and hardware refresh
  • Manage global helpdesk, enforce SLAs, and drive service culture across teams
  • Support ERP/PLM/CRM availability alongside HDA's integration roadmap
  • Ensure IT operations meet international standards and regulatory requirements
  • Implement robust backup, recovery, and business continuity solutions

Experience and Qualification Required:

  • 10+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or cloud security
  • Global team leadership preferred, manufacturing or supply chain context a plus
  • Expertise in ITSM, patch management, cloud-native infra (Azure, AWS, GCP), MDM tools
  • Strong process orientation, uptime accountability, and stakeholder alignment
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering; certifications in Security+, CISSP, or ITIL desirable
