Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent. The Specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Strong Interviewing and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition
