We are hiring an experienced Merchant Acquisition Specialist (MAS) to onboard merchants from
Banking & Financial Institutions
,
Government agencies
, and
Utility & Billing service providers
. Candidates must have experience in
fintech sales or solution selling
with strong analytical skills.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard merchants from Banking, Government, and Utility sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end process: pitching, documentation, KYC, compliance & activation.
  • Coordinate with Technical, Compliance & Operations teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key officials and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets and update CRM.

Your Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fintech/payment gateway/B2B solution selling.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payments & merchant onboarding.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
