About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and versatile
Web Management and Digital Content Specialist
to join our growing team.

This full-time role requires a passion for researching
education-related content
, writing SEO-optimized articles, designing visuals, and managing website content from scratch.

Your expertise will directly support our marketing and branding efforts, ensuring our digital presence remains fresh, engaging, and well-optimized.

Responsibilities:

Education-Focused Content Creation

  • Research and write education-related blogs, articles, and website content.
  • Develop and manage website copy from scratch, ensuring SEO best practices.

SEO Optimization:

  • Produce keyword-rich content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Update and optimize existing content for maximum reach.

Graphic & Multimedia Design

  • Design basic logos, banners, and marketing visuals.
  • Edit short promotional and social media videos.

Website & WordPress Management

  • Manage and update WordPress content and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor site performance and implement plugin updates as needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align content with campaigns and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven background in SEO content writing, particularly on education-related topics.
  • Basic skills in graphic design and video editing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator/Canva, and video editing software.

Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of website structure, and basic changing.
  • Strong research, organizational, and communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary:
    BDT
    40,000 – 45,000
    per month (based on experience).
  • Festival Bonus:
    60% of monthly salary
    .
