Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive- Sales and Business Development, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include communication with potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales growth through various business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and prospecting.
- Visit potential clients within your designated territory to present and demonstrate our services.
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose suitable and customized facility management solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Minimum H.S.C. (A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is a plus). - Experience:
0-1 year in sales, customer service, or a related field. - Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively for client meetings.
