SSLCOMMERZ, Bangladesh's leading payment gateway, is expanding its Tourism & Hospitality segment. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive/Sr. Executive to drive client acquisition and strengthen our presence in this exciting industry.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new merchants (travel agencies, hotels, ticketing platforms, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Promote SSLCOMMERZ digital payment solutions to the tourism sector
  • Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.

Your KSAOs

  • Well-groomed, energetic, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficient in managing marketing and sales activities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude towards responsibilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with mandatory expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing and able to work in the field for extended periods.
  • Exceptional convincing and persuasion skills.

Your Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Business development in the Tourism & Travel industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
