Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser (Denim - R&D and Executions), located in Gazipur. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating research and development in denim products, executing merchandising plans, collaborating with production teams, and managing client relations. Daily tasks include overseeing product development, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and addressing any issues related to the merchandise. The role also involves supporting sales teams and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Good knowledge on fabrics (Denim)
  • Knowledge of trends and Tech pack based developments
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
