Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Merchandising & Marketing Manager, located in Gazipur Sadar Upazila. The Assistant Merchandising & Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing strategies, managing merchandise inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Additional responsibilities include market research, sales analysis, and facilitating communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Merchandising and Inventory Management
  • Skills in Marketing Strategy and Sales Analysis
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Supplier Coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the fashion or garment industry is a plus
