Your role purpose
This position is responsible to lead all the actions needed to achieve the yearly sales and invoicing target for fabric & fiber. He/She will acts as ambassador of Recover brand locally, driving revenue growth by developing new customer accounts, maintaining and expanding existing ones, and promoting the company's sustainable products. Research for new opportunities, connect customers, developing new customers and retaining the current ones. He/She will ensure that Recover Fiber becomes a preferred supplier for garment makers and downstream customers who are seeking sustainable fiber solutions matching industry needs and global sustainability standards.
Your Essential Duties and Responsiblities
- Drive and achieve sales targets for Rfabric and fiber products in alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
- Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, Technical Service Teams to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Work with the global Recover fabric & strategic team for successful adoption/nomination.
- Make successful plan of fabric sales, execute within time line.
- Manage agendas, sample coordination, spinner strategies, and client engagement status.
- Track customer engagement, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth within existing accounts.
- Organize and conduct technical seminars and presentations to promote the company's sustainable product offerings and initiatives to customers.
Competencies required
- Project Management - Ability to lead and execute end-to-end product development processes efficiently.
- Customer Orientation - Strong focus on understanding and translating customer needs into tailored product solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Skilled in working with Sales, Planning, Operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external customers.
- Detail Orientation & Analytical Thinking - Strong attention to detail and ability to use data tools to identify trends.
- Strong negotiation & Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English Language, Written and Verbal
- Knowledge and background in Quality Management Systems (e.g.: ISO 9001) appliedto the job position's tasks and responsibilities.
Work Experience required
- 7+ years Sales Experience in Bangladesh Garments/Textile Industry with key account management experience.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
