Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager based in Dhaka, where some work-from-home flexibility is acceptable. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, team coordination, and project management to ensure organizational objectives are met. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflow, and assisting in developing strategies for operational and sales growth. The role also involves maintaining communication across teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Management and Leadership skills with an ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for performance evaluation and process optimization
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
  • Project Management and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of the plastic/industrial manufacturing sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in team leadership or assistant managerial roles is preferred
