Neo Grid Power is a manufacturing and marketing of Lithium Battery for EVE, IPS and ESS all over the Bangladesh.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka, Chottagram, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal and Sylhet for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in their designated region, leading a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and reporting on sales performance to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and analyzing market trends
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets and goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the battery, power or energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Khulna and Barisal
