Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section.

  • Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment trough balancing of skilled workers.

  • Ensure the production capacity, quality and timing as per buyer's requirements.

  • Monitor smooth operations from fabric to shipment.

  • Set the sewing layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.

  • Communicate and follow up with cross functional departments.

  • Able to understand technical file, PP comments and implementations in work place.

  • Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind wastage like rejection, alteration, and high efficiency.

  • Monitor and ensure minimum DHU, migration and production faults.

  • Ensure proper training programs to increase efficiency of the workers and minimize unexpected absenteeism.

  • Maintain relation and follow up with cross functional departments.
