Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Savar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive company growth. The role also involves performing market research, creating business proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fields
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Capability to develop business proposals and strategies
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in using business development software and tools
- Knowledge of the apparel and footwear industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
