Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Savar. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring products meet the company's quality standards, and managing QA staff. The role also involves developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing quality reports. The manager will work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
  • Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Savar
  • Relevant experience in the apparel
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing
