Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Procedure Quality (GPQ) Manager located in Savar. The GPQ Manager will oversee the quality management system, ensure compliance with global standards, monitor and enhance quality procedures, and collaborate with different departments to maintain high standards of product quality. Responsibilities also include leading quality audits, managing quality control teams, and continuously improving quality performance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control skills
- Experience in conducting audits and maintaining compliance with global standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and innovation in quality management
