About the Role

Vista SysTech Limited is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to acquire international and local clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

◑ Identify, prospect & close deals with clients

◑ Conduct discovery calls, demos, and project requirement discussions

◑ Manage lead pipeline using CRM

◑ Work closely with marketing team to convert MQL → SQL → client

◑ Represent Vista SysTech in global communication professionally

◑ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

◑ Build partnerships, networks & strategic alliances

Requirements:

◑ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or relevant field.

◑ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software sales (ERP sales preferred).

◑ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).

◑ Ability to conduct product demos confidently to C-level executives and decision-makers.

◑ Strong negotiation skills

◑ Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and software implementation processes.

◑ Experience closing deals for software, SaaS, IT services

◑ Understanding of software development lifecycle

◑ Ability to manage clients from different cultures

Preferred:

◑ Experience handling international clients

◑ Ability to create proposals & pricing documents

Compensation:

◑ Base salary

◑ 3–5% commission on closed deals

◑ Quarterly bonuses
