Job Description

As an Ocean Import Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while delivering exceptional customer service.  This role combines operational precision with problem-solving and client support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Logging and preparing import files
  • Receiving and verifying shipping documents
  • Coordinating and processing import shipments
  • Monitoring cargo movement and ensuring timely delivery 
  • Preparing invoices and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who bring both knowledge and drive:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding of the global logistics/ supply chain industry
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Word)
  • Proficiency in Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented, organized and committed to deadlines
