YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION
As Digital Account Managers, we are responsible for maintaining and growing Eskimi's client accounts. We support them by guiding them through the planning of their digital activities to achieve their goals successfully and ultimately drive company growth.
From delivering excellent daily client service and upselling to developing tailored and innovative strategies, our account managers guarantee that every step of the relationship with existing clients is smooth and set for success.
We're seeking a driven and highly organized Demand Account Manager to lead and expand Eskimi's global demand ecosystem. This role will focus on onboarding, activating, and scaling DSP and SSP partnerships across open auctions.
You'll work closely with product, integration, and operations teams to support seamless partner launches and ongoing performance optimization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, direct buyers)
- Own relationship management, activation, and revenue scaling of existing partners
- Coordinate technical integrations (VAST, oRTB, Prebid) alongside the tech team
- Monitor partner performance and troubleshoot delivery or quality issues
- Align with product and supply teams to support deal structuring, pricing, and bid strategies
- Maintain documentation, revenue tracking, and QBR planning
- Serve as the internal advocate for demand partners across the organization.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT
3–5+ years in AdTech, preferably in a DSP/SSP, programmatic trading desk, or monetization role
Solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, PMP, VAST, OpenRTB
Experience with video and CTV demand is a strong plus
Confident communicator with strong project management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
