𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world applications.

Develop and optimize NLP models for chatbots, text generation, and more.

Implement embeddings and transformers for various AI use cases.

Apply deep learning techniques to improve model performance.

Solve complex AI problems using math-heavy approaches.

Optimize models for efficiency, scalability, and real-time inference.

Work with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & NLP.

Strong understanding of transformers, embeddings, and attention mechanisms.

Experience in working with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, custom fine-tuning, etc.).

Solid grasp of deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.).

Strong background in mathematics, linear algebra, and probability.

Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

A problem-solving mindset—AI is about solving puzzles in creative ways

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀)

Working experience with Agentic platforms (Autonomous AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, Hugging Face, and other modern AI frameworks.

Experience with Reinforcement Learning & Generative AI.

Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Experience with multi-modal AI (vision + language models).

Understanding of MLOps and model deployment strategies.

Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure AI).

Contributions to open-source AI projects.

Salary: 80-100K BDT (negotiable based on skills).
