We are the fastest-growing Industrial & Enterprise IoT company in Bangladesh, specializing in designing and building electronics supported by robust software. Our flagship product, Tipsoi (HRM Device & Software), is transforming how organizations manage people and processes. We are now expanding into AI-powered solutions and are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.

. Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and automate decision-making.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, product) to integrate AI solutions.

. Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

. Research and stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

. Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

. Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling.

. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

. Ability to work independently and in teams with problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience integrating AI into IoT devices or enterprise software.

. Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.

. Publications, research, or hackathon experience in AI.
