We're a lean, high-velocity team where every engineer directly impacts architecture, deployment, and customer value. At FlowGenX AI, you'll work with bleeding-edge cloud-native tech, contribute to world-class engineering practices, and help shape the foundations of our multi-tenant SaaS platform.

What you'll do

  • Orchestrate cloud-native deployments: Own CI/CD pipelines and production delivery of our SaaS control plane and data-plane services.
  • Kubernetes at scale: Deploy and manage containerized workloads, Helm-based deployments, and automated rollouts in multi-tenant environments.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Define, provision, and manage infrastructure using Terraform (and other IaC tools where applicable).
  • GitOps-driven delivery: Implement and operate GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or equivalent) to streamline deployments.
  • Traffic management: Configure and operate Istio, Envoy, or Nginx gateways to enable secure, reliable service-to-service communication.
  • Cloud operations: Build and run our systems on GCP (primary) and AWS (secondary), with a focus on reliability, observability, and security.
  • Automation & observability: Advance our monitoring, alerting, and logging stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki etc.) to deliver runtime insights for both engineering and customer success.
  • Unix/Linux excellence: Leverage strong Unix/Linux fundamentals for system-level debugging, performance tuning, and automation.

What you bring

  • Kubernetes & Helm mastery: Proven hands-on experience deploying, scaling, and troubleshooting workloads in Kubernetes.
  • Unix/Linux skills: Solid hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems for operations, debugging, and automation.
  • Scripting chops: Proficiency in bash, ksh, or Python for automation.
  • CI/CD & GitOps: Familiarity or direct experience with ArgoCD (or similar) for continuous delivery using GitOps.
  • Cloud fluency
    (nice to have)
    : Hands-on with GCP or AWS.
  • Service mesh knowledge
    (nice to have)
    : Familiarity with Istio (or Envoy-based systems) and/or Nginx for advanced networking, traffic splitting, and zero-trust security.
  • Observability & reliability: Experience with monitoring/alerting tools and practices to ensure production-grade reliability.
  • Security & networking: Working knowledge of TLS, networking fundamentals, and secure systems design.
  • Collaboration: Strong communicator who thrives in a distributed, async environment and can partner effectively across engineering, product, and design.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or high-security environments.
  • Familiarity with API gateways, secrets management (Vault, Keycloak), and control plane/data plane architectures.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs etc
