Job Context:

The purpose of this position is to manage and execute all bank-related accounting entries, loan management, fund transfers, sales booking, and monthly reconciliations in the ERP accounting system. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in financial posting, and timely coordination with banks and internal teams. This position ensures proper financial record-keeping, monthly closing activities, and support for treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank charges entry in ERP accounting software after checking the charges through XL. (MBL , IFIC & SIBL)
  • Sales Booking in ERP accounting software.
  • Sales Reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Negotiation Entry in ERP accounting software MBL & SIBL.
  • Salary, Wages & other payroll payment related entry in ERP.
  • ECC / Force loan settlement entry in ERP.
  • Realization Entry in ERP accounting software MBL & SIBL.
  • Back to back payment entry.
  • Fund transfer/RTGS entry of Pubali, Prime, MBL and SIBL.
  • Preparing cash position for ADV through Treasury.
  • Bank reconciliation on monthly basis all bank other than IFDBC & EDF.
  • LC Margin post & reconciliation on monthly basis all bank.
  • Interest Calculation for all the loan monthly.
  • Interest Provision entry in ERP on monthly basis.
  • Force loan liability creation in ERP.
  • Interest Calculation for all the force loan monthly.
  • PC Adjustment Based on Nego & Realization (MBL & SIBL).

Education and Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP-based accounting systems.
  • Good knowledge of banking transactions, loan processing, and reconciliation.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and financial documentation.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP posting and bank reconciliation.
  • Experience in working with multiple banks and loan products is preferred.
