Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content plans for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and stories, maintaining brand tone and consistency.
  • Monitor social media trends and apply best practices to improve engagement.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce graphics, videos, and campaign materials.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
  • Analyze page insights, reach, engagement, and report performance regularly.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate from any recognized university.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
  • Ability to create engaging content with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) will be considered an advantage.
  • Freshers with passion for social media are highly encouraged to apply.
