Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and issues. Day-to-day tasks will include account analysis, resolving client concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing and presenting regular reports to both clients and management.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in Account Analysis and Reporting
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with various departments
  • Relevant experience in customer service or account management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
