Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Dhaka, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will oversee daily client communications, manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and develop client strategies. Responsibilities also include monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Client management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, PR, and targeted advertising
- Project management skills including timeline management and coordinating internal teams
- Data analysis skills for monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing and client relations
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
