Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Accounts & Finance, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Manager of Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounts management. Daily tasks will involve financial planning, managing financial records, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes handling payroll, tax filings, and liaising with external auditors.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Accounting Principles
  • Experience with Accounts Management, Auditing, and Compliance
  • Skills in Payroll Management and Tax Filings
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
