Administrative Assistant
to join our New York office.
This is an entry-level, in-office position supporting our Design, Sales, and Marketing teams. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, manage daily tasks, and assist with everything from meeting prep to sample organization. It's a great opportunity to learn the business side of fashion from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple departments
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up communication
· Track and organize product samples and shipments
· Prepare presentations and assist with customer meetings
· Manage general office operations and supply needs
· Support visiting colleagues from overseas offices
· Contribute to maintaining an organized, professional workspace
Requirements
· Must currently reside in New York (required)
·
Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships count)
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
· Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; Adobe skills a plus
·
Must be currently residing
in
New York
and available for an in-person interview
