Management Trainee Officer

MTO at Commercial Department at a Reputed RMG Company

Location: Head Office, Gulshan 2, Dhaka.

Working Days: 6 Days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update bond register and inventory records as per Customs rules.
  • Prepare and process bond utilization, renewal, and LCAF-related documents.
  • Handle import/export documentation including EXP, LC, and CF-7 forms.
  • Liaise with Customs, Bond Office, CNF agents, banks, and suppliers for shipment clearance.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents for duty-free import and export formalities.
  • Assist in BTB LC opening, LC endorsement, and export proceeds realization.
  • Maintain coordination between accounts, production, and freight forwarders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BBA and MBA from a reputed university
  • .Banking and Insurance department is preferable but not mandatory
  • .Interested in RMG industry
  • .Attention to detail, coordination ability, time management, and integrity

Monthly Salary: 30-40K

Other Benefits: As per company policy.
