As a
Sr. Executive/ Executive
in our
Retail Sales
Department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. With a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, you will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and offer expert advice.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the sales process.
  • Explore and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain an efficient sales pipeline and lead management.
  • Participate in events and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct needs assessments to offer suitable solutions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Forecast cashflow and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Provide personalized assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends and suggest strategic improvements.
  • Manage showroom operations to enhance customer experience.
  • Assist with marketing and event coordination.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have at least 3–5 years of sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Relevant exposure to and good knowledge of a similar working environment (Building Materials) would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Dedication and integrity are expected from the interested candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high level of expertise in the MS Office Suite is required.
  • Candidates must be quick learners and willing to explore new software such as SAP, HubSpot, and Smartsheet.
