dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing & Operations Executive
to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team in updating
    stock, sales, and order collection data
    from the factory to the website.
  • Handle
    customer inquiries and complaints
    professionally via phone or online communication.
  • Collaborate with the
    design team
    to create engaging and creative
    social media content
    .
  • Confirm and process
    customer orders
    and schedule deliveries efficiently.
  • Manage
    social media messages, order collections, and customer communications
    .
  • Maintain and update
    sales, order, and customer records
    accurately in the ERP system.
  • Prepare
    daily sales reports and delivery order summaries
    as per management instructions.
  • Coordinate with
    influencers, agencies, and photographers
    for campaigns and product shoots.
  • Support
    digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities
    .
  • Conduct
    market and competitor research
    , analyze feedback from the sales team, and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Prepare product pricing, presentations, and promotional materials
    with the help of the design team.
  • Address and resolve
    customer issues promptly
    to ensure satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
    (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of
    digital marketing and social media management
    .
  • Strong
    communication, coordination, and organizational skills
    .
  • Ability to
    multitask and work independently
    with minimal supervision.
  • Prior
    experience in marketing, e-commerce, or operations
    will be an advantage.
