Dekho ISHO Venture Capital (DIVC) is looking for a sharp, curious, and Creative Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work directly under a Marketing Manager to support the branding and communication efforts of a group of startups within our venture capital portfolio.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will get to contribute ideas, write copy, and learn the ropes of content strategy, digital storytelling, and brand-building across everything from social media reels to podcast scripts, website copy, decks, and campaign concepts.

You will work closely with your manager and a team of in-house designers to bring bold ideas to life. If you're someone who enjoys words, wants to get better at storytelling, and thrives in a startup environment,
this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development for portfolio startups
  • Write copy for:

-Social media posts & reels

-Websites, blogs, and pitch decks

-Scripts for podcasts and video content

-Internal comms and brand materials

  • Help shape tone of voice and content strategy for emerging brands
  • Collaborate with designers to translate ideas into compelling visuals
  • Participate in brainstorms, both with your own team and across teams during big campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, content, or brand marketing
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in English
  • Interest in branding, storytelling, and startups
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn fast and try new things

Bonus Points:

  • A portfolio or writing samples (even if self-initiated)
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital formats
  • Previous internship or freelance experience in a creative or marketing role
