Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to join our academically driven corporate team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of outreach and engagement strategies, support the promotion of academic programs and institutional initiatives, foster relationships with students, faculty,and enhance enrollment and participation outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical thinking, demonstrate a passion for educational advancement, and be committed to building meaningful connections that support the institution's mission and measurable growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and academic events to promote programs, research, and institutional achievements
  • Identify potential student recruits, academic collaborators, and industry partners through market research, networking, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, faculty, partner institutions.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions about academic programs, services, and partnership opportunities to prospective applicants and collaborators.
  • Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to create engaging content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and institutional publications.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on trends in higher education, competitor institutions, and industry developments relevant to the institution's growth.
  • Support recruitment and partnership teams in meeting enrollment, engagement, and collaboration targets for each academic cycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (Fresh graduate to 1years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
