Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Study Abroad Student Counsellor, located in Sylhet. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students looking to study abroad (especially for Uk/Australia etc). Day-to-day tasks include conducting counselling sessions, assisting with university applications, providing career advice, and handling student inquiries. The Counsellor will also be expected to offer exceptional customer service and maintain open communications with students and educational institutions.

Qualifications

  • Solid Track record in Study abroad counselling and university admissions
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HE student counselling especially UK, Australia
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide personalised guidance and team support to students
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Understanding of visa application processes for students
