We are seeking a
proactive Student Admission Executive
to guide students applying to UK and international universities. You will
prepare students for pre-screening and academic interviews, draft SOPs, manage applications, and assess their readiness
to secure admission.

Duties:

  • Draft, review, and polish
    Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and personal statements
  • Conduct
    mock interviews
    and evaluate student preparedness
  • Prepare
    custom interview scripts
    for each student
  • Track deadlines, communicate with students, and provide
    personalized coaching
  • Stay updated on
    UK and international university admissions requirements
    , English proficiency tests (IELTS, OIETC, MOI), and programme deadlines

What Are We Looking For:

  • Experienced in
    student recruitment, admissions consulting, or education guidance
  • Strong
    writing and communication skills
  • Familiar with
    UK admissions, postgraduate programmes , foundation courses, and English language requirements
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of mentoring students confidently
  • Able to work independently and proactively with students

Bonus / Preferred:

  • Experience with
    Bangladeshi or South Asian students
    applying abroad
  • Knowledge of
    online application portals (UCAS / direct applications)
  • Experience preparing students for
    pre-screening or academic interviews
