The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead outreach efforts in Bangladesh. In this role, you'll promote ETS assessments and learning solutions to students, educators, institutions, and agents. Your work will help learners pursue higher education abroad and achieve their goals.

You'll build partnerships, deliver training, and represent ETS at key events. You'll also shape market strategies, drive registrations, and ensure our products reach the right audiences with impact and integrity.

*What You'll Do*

• Build awareness of TOEFL, GRE, and other ETS products across Bangladesh
• Drive growth in test registrations and expand market reach
• Identify and onboard new agents to support outreach and sales
• Manage weekly reporting and performance tracking for regional consultants
• Train counselors, educators, and trainers—online and in person
• Host student sessions, webinars, and seminars on study abroad and test prep
• Support school and institutional test center development
• Attend education fairs, workshops, and recruitment events
• Engage with placement officers and academic leaders to promote ETS solutions
• Organize and support promotional campaigns and brand-building activities
• Launch Teacher Ambassador chapters to inspire and train educators
• Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activity
• Design and deliver strategic plans to maximize registrations
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and business standards

*What You Bring*

• A graduate degree
• 5+ years of experience in business development, study abroad, test prep, or university recruitment
• Proven success in channel sales, B2B partnerships, and revenue growth
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh and South Asia
