Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor, located in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The Senior Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing comprehensive counseling services, assisting students with their higher education plans, and guiding them through the application process. Daily tasks include career counseling, offering customer service to students and parents, and maintaining communication with educational institutions in the UK.

Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in the Education sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
  • Proven experience in a counseling or advisory role
  • Familiarity with UK higher education requirements and application processes is a plus
