Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sylhet for an International Student Recruitment Officer. The key responsibilities include recruiting international students, conducting interviews, hiring, developing job descriptions, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions. The role involves providing guidance to students, assessing their needs, and assisting them in selecting the right course and institution for their higher studies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in Job Description Development and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sylhet
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
